Wales Tourist Board Star Rating Scheme

Erw Gerrig Country Cottages have
been graded by The Wales Tourist Board for many years and were
awarded Three Stars in 2005 (a continuation of the three
star rating from previous years).
This means all aspects of Erw Gerrig Country Cottages, including
their management,
scored at least Three Stars and certain areas scored higher.

areas scored Four Stars, according to The Wales Tourist
Board:
- Cleanliness.
- Management Efficiency.
- Beds.
- Bed linen.
- Heating.
- Lighting.
- Decoration.
- Guest Information.
- Brochure (website).
- Personal Touches.
In addition to the above, the
independent Wales Tourist Board assessor said:
"Attractive complex of
cottages set in a super rural location offering excellent views of the valley.
All exterior and interior aspects present well and the cottages offer guests a
comfortable standard of accommodation".
Please note:
In 2006 we decided, for reasons of cost, to decline the invitation
by The WTB to remain part of
The Wales Tourist Board Star Rating Scheme. However, all the
facilities at Erw Gerrig Country Cottages have either remained the
same or improved since our last rating assessment.
